Колпинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел ходатайства следствия об избрании мер пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Дмитрия Антипова и Александра Маркова, обвиняемых в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30 - ч.5 ст.228.1 УК РФ.
30.03.2023 фигуранты были задержаны полицией в момент извлечения ими кокаина из скрытых полостей под обшивкой потолка контейнера, установленного на прицепе-контейнеровозе.
Антипов возражал, просил избрать домашний арест. Марков оставил решение на усмотрение суда.
