Мировой судья судебного участка №12 г. Санкт-Петербурга привлек к административной ответственности Александра Стрибного за совершение правонарушения, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.12.2 КоАП РФ.
Стрибной 16.12.2024 в 17 час. 30 мин., управляя «Daewoo Nexia», около д. 74 по Среднему пр. В.О., нарушил ПДД. Стрибной налепил на передний государственный регистрационный знак снег.
Стрибной вину не признал, пояснил, что на знаке были закрыты цифры региона, что не мешает сотрудникам ГИБДД идентифицировать машину.
В 2024 году Стрибной 74 раза привлекался за нарушение ПДД.
Суд лишил фигуранта прав на 2 месяца (максимальное наказание – лишение прав на 3 месяца).

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
