Основные изменения

📈Размер пошлин увеличен в среднем на 10-15%, а по некоторым пошлинам — более чем в 30 раз (например, продление патента на изобретение, относящееся к лекарственному средству, агрохимикату, пестициду)

❌ Отменена скидка в размере 30% за обращение в Роспатент в электронной форме

⏰ Штраф за несвоевременную уплату некоторых пошлин увеличивается с 50% до 100%

The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
