2. Данные с SimplyWall. В последнее время у компании падали долги и балансовая оценка компании, но балансовая оценка плюс-минус на одном месте уже несколько лет. Долгов примерно в 2 раза больше, чем кэша на балансе, но это не является проблемой. По старым данным, ожидалось, что прибыль и выручка будет расти, как минимум до 2023 года, а после выручка сократиться. Что будет в новых условиях пока не ясно. Ожидается, что дивиденды будут расти, а текущие примерно на уровне с другими коллегами. Основные акционеры - государственные структуры РФ.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
