По итогам проверки соблюдения законности при проведении работ на площади Кирова в Петрозаводске, которую проводило Управление по охране объектов культурного наследия РК по поручению прокуратуры РК по моему запросу выяснилось следующее. Работы на площади Кирова проходят не на территории объекта культурного наследия (ОКН), а в границах охранной зоны ОКН, что по закону не требует выдачи разрешений при размещении линейных объектов. Но в связи с обнаружением артефактов земляные работы приостановлены до установления историко-культурной ценности находки. Сделать это могут только археологи с открытым листом (разрешением, выдаваемым МК РФ). В данный момент в Карелии нет ни одного археолога с таким разрешением! До привлечения специалиста земляные работы на площади проводиться не будут. Так что, скорее всего, площадь в таком состоянии может остаться надолго.
