Руководители "Комистроймост" обвиняются в мошенничестве
В Ухтинский горсуд поступило уголовное дело по обвинению руководителей ООО "Комистроймост" в мошенничестве.
Уголовное дело было назначено к рассмотрению 20 ноября, сообщает пресс-служба судов Коми.
По версии органов предварительного следствия, руководители "Комистроймост" с 8 июля 2020 года по 4 февраля 2021 года, действуя в рамках заключенного контракта, похитили у Управления автомобильных дорог Республики Коми выделенные на строительство моста через р.Тыбью (р. Безволосная) бюджетные ассигнования. Сумма - более 9 миллионов рублей.
Дело возбуждено и расследовано УФСБ по Республике Коми.
