Белый дом запросил на 2024 финансовый год $753 миллиона на «противодействие влиянию» России в Украине и $400 миллионов в фонд «сдерживания Китая», следует из проекта бюджета.
Также администрация США запросила $6 миллиардов на поддержку Украины, союзников по НАТО и стран-партнёров США в Европе.
