مبادرة مكتبة العلم الأبيض هي مبادرة لإنشاء مكتبات عامة في جميع مدن السودان عن طريقة مشاركة الجميع ومساهمتهم بالتبرع بكتاب واحد ، وجمع الكتب المتنوعة وجمع التبرعات المالية لانشاء المكتبات وشراء كتب قيمة وهادفة تخدم جميع الأعمار ، تركز المبادرة على تشجيع طلاب مرحلتي الأساس والثانوي على القراءة والإطلاع بمشاركتهم في المكتبة بعضوية مجانية ودائمة لدخول المكتبة في اي زمن والاستفادة من الكتب ونشر الوعي والمعرفة بأهمية القراءة ودورها العظيم في بناء الشخصية والأمم ونهضة وتطور العقول والبلدان . إنطلاقة المبادرة ستكون من مدينة الأبيض عروس الرمال وبعدها باذن الله ستتوجه المبادرة الى مناطق أخرى من السودان الحبيب .
