Как подчеркнул Бадра Гунба, 21 февраля на встрече Адгуру Ардзинба будет представлено соглашение из трех ключевых пунктов:
— народ Абхазии определяет итоги голосования, судьба страны решается на выборах; — ни один штаб не должен оказывать давление на граждан; — никакие кадровые перестановки до выборов не инициируются.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
