Порядок регистрации блогеров с более 10 тыс. подписчиков вступил в силу 10 января 2025 года
Роскомнадзор будет определять объем аудитории на основе данных, которые разместил владелец соцсети на персональной странице. Если число подписчиков не превысит 10 тыс. в течение 3 месяцев, страницу исключат из перечня. Владелец страницы вправе сам заявить об исключении из-за снижения аудитории. Страницу также уберут из перечня, если блогер нарушит Закон об информации или удалит страницу. Решение об исключении примут в течение 3 рабочих дней после появления основания. В течение еще 3 рабочих дней решение доведут до владельца соцсети и блогера. После устранения нарушений Закона об информации блогер снова проходит регистрацию. Роскомнадзор может подтверждать факт нахождения или отсутствия страницы в перечне по запросам пользователей интернета. Запрос направляют через Госуслуги.
Без регистрации блогерам, в частности, запрещено распространять рекламу.

However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
