🇪🇬🏡 Египет запускает программу льготной недвижимости для экспатов
Министерство жилищного строительства Египта объявило о запуске первой фазы программы, предлагающей эксклюзивные скидки и гибкие условия оплаты для египтян, проживающих за границей.
В рамках этапа доступно 5055 единиц жилья, часть из которых готова к немедленной сдаче, а остальные будут завершены к концу 2025 года.
Экспаты могут получить скидки от 3 до 10% от рыночных цен и рассрочку платежа до 10 лет. Для удобства покупателей запущен официальный сайт с виртуальными турами, подробной информацией о проектах и безопасными способами оплаты.
Первая фаза включает жилые комплексы в Каире, Новой административной столице, Новом Аламейне и других городах.
Министр Шериф Эль-Шербини подчеркнул, что программа направлена на поддержку экспатов, упрощение покупки недвижимости и укрепление их связей с Египтом.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
