По поручению губернатора Вологодской области Георгия Филимонова городу выделены средства на покупку катамарана. Вместимость судна составит 130 человек. Катамаран будет иметь две палубы: открытую и закрытую.
Катамаран будет курсировать между причалами, которые будут построены на берегах рек Ягорба и Шексна, рядом с популярными пешеходными маршрутами. @ai_vol

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
