🔻 قال الفقيه أبو عبد الله الحفَّار المالكي - رحمه الله - كما في كتاب "المعيار" (١/ ١١٢-١١٣):
«ليلة المولد لم يكن السَّلف الصالح وهُم أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ والتابعون لهم: يجتمعون فيها للعبادة، ولا يفعلون فيها زيادة على سائر ليالي السَّنة. والخير كله في اتِّباع السَّلف الصالح الذين اختارهم الله له، فما فعلوه فعلناه، وما تركوه تركناه. فإذا تقرَّر هذا: ظهر أنَّ الاجتماع في تلك الليلة ليس بمطلوب شرعًا، بل يُؤمر بتركه».اهـ

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
