В Дагестане под руководством Председателя Правительства Абдулмуслима Абдулмуслимова состоялось совместное заседание Республиканской призывной комиссии и Оперативного штаба. Обсуждалась подготовка к весеннему призыву, который стартует 1 апреля 2025 года. В 2024 году план призыва был выполнен на 100%.
На заседании отмечалось, что призывная кампания затронет дагестанцев 2007-1995 годов рождения. План призыва согласован с главой республики Сергеем Меликовым и утвержден командующим войсками Южного военного округа.

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
