Сегодня стартовал второй Китайско-российский симпозиум "Химия и материалы" (SRSCM). Симпозиум будет проходить в течение четырех дней в Сколтехе. Соорганизаторами конференции являются Сколтех, ИОХ РАН и Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS.
На открытии выступили академик РАН, ректор Сколтеха Александр Петрович Кулешов, вице-президент РАН Степан Николаевич Калмыков и вице-президент Китайской академии наук Ву Чжаохуэй.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
