Говорят, что скачок объясняется вот чем: наши условные экспортеры (нефть/газ) по-прежнему успешно продают, но полученные за ресурсы доллары они на наш рынок перевести не могут из-за санкций в отношении банков, задействованных в этом секторе. В свою очередь спрос на доллары у российских компаний есть в том числе и перед новым годом — ведь именно за них они покупают зарубежные товары. Вот и выходит, спрос высокий, а предложения из-за санкций нет. В таком виде ситуация выглядит решаемо. Дисклеймер: здесь вообще не специалист)

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
