Овсеп Рафикович Маилян Майор АО Арцаха. Родился в городе Гадрут Арцаха. В ходе боевых действий 2 апреля 2016 года в условиях обстрелов он пытался подготовить танк и привести его в боевое состояние. Погиб на поле боя в результате обстрела. Награжден арцахской медалью «За отвагу».

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
