Санкции введены против несколько человек, в числе которых: основатель партии «Грузинская мечта» Бидзина Иванишвили, премьер-министр страны Ираклий Кобахидзе, глава Службы госбезопасности Григол Лилуашвили, министр внутренних дел страны Вахтанг Гомелаури, мэр Тбилиси Каха Каладзе.
