При Правительстве Владимирской области будет создано специальное подразделение по капитальным ремонтам в учреждениях социальной сферы. Это будет организация, подведомственная блоку под руководством моего заместителя Владимира Куимова. Дал соответствующее поручение сегодня на заседании областного правительства.

Объём государственных инвестиций в развитие Владимирской области за последние 3-4 года увеличился в 4 раза. Это ставит нас перед необходимостью пополнить команду профессионалами, которые будут сопровождать реализацию проектов от разработки до ввода в эксплуатацию, помогать заказчикам, не являющимся специалистами в этих вопросах.
