Десятый арбитражный апелляционный суд рассмотрит 17 апреля жалобу Генпрокуратуры РФ на определение о частичной отмене обеспечительных мер по иску к компаниям группы «Домодедово» и бенефициару аэропорта Дмитрию Каменщику. Об этом сообщает РАПСИ со ссылкой на материалы суда.
Заявление Генеральной прокуратуры России о принятии обеспечительных мер было удовлетворено судом 29 января частично.
