بسبب عدم التزامي بأي شي هالفترة وطبعاً بعدني مو عارفة أحدد السبب بالضبط قررت أتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة ضد إهمالي والتسويف لكل المهام يلي لازم أعملها 😾 فَـ قررت : إني أرجع ألتزم بساعات محددة للموبايل. أعمل نفس الجدول يلي نشرتلكم ياه من فترة بس بعدد أيام أقل. التدوين عادة يومية إلزامية. سجلت كورس انكليزي لأول مرة بحياتي بعد سنين من التعلم لحالي بس مشان ألتزم. أخفف الفوضى حواليي من أغراض وأفكار وحتى قنوات ومتابعات عالمواقع لأني عم عاني من تشتت فظيع وبتوقع التشتت برتبط بشكل مباشر مع قلة الالتزام.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
