По версии ФСБ, 35-летний мужчина установил контакт с представителями СБУ, а после отправился в Белгородскую область для «сбора стратегических сведений и фотоматериалов о ВС РФ».
На мужчину завели уголовное дело по статье о «сотрудничестве на конфиденциальной основе с иностранным государством».
Ранее гражданина Украины приговорили к 13 годам лишения свободы за «шпионаж на границе Белгородской области».

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
