Экспертиза одобрила реконструкцию здания по адресу Оренбургский тракт, 170, где располагался гипермаркет «Карусель». Об этом сообщает «Бизнес Online». В будущем здесь разместится городской курорт с акватермальной зоной общей площадью 12 тыс. кв. м. О планах стало известно в декабре прошлого года.

Открытие первой очереди термального комплекса запланировано на май этого года, второй — на осень 2024-го. Напомним, как будет выглядеть курорт, — рендеры предоставлены застройщиком ООО «Термы».

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
