LCol Миллер был инженерным офицером с 24-летним опытом работы в канадских вооруженных силах, командующим 41-го полка боевых инженеров в Альберте и был направлен в SHAPE в качестве планировщика и координатора».

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
