Вчера во время выступления президента Лулы Зеленский и его команда демонстративно не аплодировали Бразилии. При этом Лула прочитал, в отличие от Зеленского, действительно мощную речь о крахе современного либерализма.
Возможно, президент Украины не понял, что происходит что-то важное или обиделся, что президента Бразилии дважды прерывали аплодисментами, а ему скромно похлопали в конце.
В любом случае поведения украинской делегации было воспринято как оскорбление, после чего Лула отменил запланированную встречу с Зеленским.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
