После он получил от магазина уведомление о невозможности доставки товара и обратился в суд к ОАО "Торговый дом ЦУМ" с требованием предоставить заказанный товар.
Торговая компания в свою очередь подала встречный иск о признании договора купли-продажи недействительным, заявив, что на сайте произошел технический сбой.
Суды трех инстанций встали на сторону магазина, однако Верховный суд РФ отменил их решения и направил дело на пересмотр в суд первой инстанции. ТАСС.
ВС РФ в определениидоходчиво разъяснил, что значит публичная оферта.
