На пост главы государства претендуют пять кандидатов — Бадра Гунба, Адгур Ардзинба, Роберт Аршба, Олег Барциц и Адгур Хурхумал. Победителем станет тот, кто наберет 50% и еще один голос от общего количества проголосовавших.
В списки для голосования внесены 134 500 избирателей, чтобы выборы признали состоявшимися, должно проголосовать не меньше половины из них. В стране открыто 152 участка, еще два работают за рубежом — в Москве и в Черкесске.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
