Новых блюд в этом сезоне не так много — зато какие! Однозначно идти за эффектным веллингтоном из лосося (1900₽). Томленый ягненок с зеленым карри (1800₽) тоже порадовал: умеренная острота без лишней Индии во вкусе, мясо тает.

Шоколадный баскский чизкейк с голубикой (670₽) показался чуть плотноват по консистенции, но тут история на любителя. А вообще ужинать в Blackchops на зимних каникулах — отдельное удовольствие и уже традиция.
