Префект Волков О.А. уведомляет ТСЖ об ответственности за нарушение порядка и сроков подготовки к отопительному сезону, грозится прокуратурой. Видимо все очень плохо с #pokazateli , если такие письма стал отправлять лично префект округа.
Есть одно но...
По статье 7.23.3 можно привлечь только управляющую организацию, а не ТСЖ.
