Женщина – жительница Севастополя, 1986 года рождения, вела наблюдение за офицером. Второй исполнитель, житель Ялты, 1977 года рождения, собрал самодельное взрывное устройство из компонентов, переданных ему кураторами через тайники, установил под днище автомобиля и дистанционно осуществил его подрыв во время следования офицера к месту службы.

Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
