The US military is able to take a kid out of high school and train him to repair satellites. Also able to take a kid with a degree in PoliSci and train him to be a fighter pilot.

The Military, with all its flaws, has a philosophy on education that is no longer shared by the Private Sector; a Nation of skilled workers and problem solvers is vital for national security.

TLDR: Al Qaeda, being led by the sons of Osama Bin Laden, is planning an attack on the American homeland. Al Qaeda is the organization that masterminded the Abbey Gate bomb, Oct 7th attack, and other actions. Al Qaeda worked with Iran, Afghanistan, Hamas, Hezbollah and others- and continues to.

AQ has evolved as an organization and does not view itself as a singular entity. Rather it views itself as a "Unit" in the Islamic Army. They view other organizations as "units" as well. This is why they have no issue working with ISIS, the Taliban, and Hezbollah.

A curveball for many; Early Arabs in America had to identify as “White” in order to gain access to American citizenship. In 1915, George Dow was granted naturalization rights by the Georgia Court of Appeals, which considered “the inhabitants of … Syria, to be classed as white persons.” In 1977, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued Directive 15 officially classifying “White” those who descend from Europe, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
