9 мая 2025 года наша страна отметит 80 - ю годовщину Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 годов. ЦЛАТИ по ПФО в преддверии празднования годовщины принимает участие в мероприятиях посвященных годовщине Дня Победы. Сотрудники ЦЛАТИ по Республике Башкортостан возложили цветы к Мемориалу памяти погибшим в годы Великой Отечественной войны.

На центральной площади Сергиевского кладбища расположен воинский мемориал в память о воинах, погибших в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Территория мемориала огорожена гранитной стеной, на которой начертаны даты начала и конца войны: 1941 – 1945. В центре мемориального комплекса на постаменте высится фигура советского солдата, склонившего голову перед памятью погибших товарищей.

Мы помним о нашей истории, мы гордимся героями прошлого и настоящего, мы поддерживаем традиции страны!

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
