فعلا دورة رائعه وممتعه وزخمه جدا اليوم مصدومه انه خلص شارفت الدورة على الانتهاء 😢 كان وقت جميل ومفيد لاقصى حد 🥰 فعليا ما لحقت اطبق واجمع كل الأفكار لكن اكتر شغله غيرتني هوه الهدوء والريلاكس وحتى الصبر ...انه ممكن نوصل لمراحل سلسبيل الي كانت متلنا تماما لكن مع الصبر والتعلم والوقت كافي يغيرنا وبالتالي يغير حياتنا للافضل ونعف انفسنا وأزواجنا ❤️
