По версии следствия, в середине января 2025 года между обвиняемым и его сожительницей на почве употребления спиртных напитков возникла ссора. В ходе ссоры фигурант нанес множественные удары по телу и голове потерпевшей, от которых она скончалась через непродолжительное время.
