Фоточки, конечно, потрясают воображение. Это первенство России по спортивной ходьбе в Сочи, возраст до 16 и до 18 лет. Вопрос: а можно ли было вообще там проводить соревнования?
Про минимальную температуру в правилах спортивной ходьбы не сказано ничего, полный ноль. Зато там много подробностей про души на дистанции и пункты освежения. Ха-ха, это вам не лыжи, летний вид спорта:)
Так что сам факт проведения чемпионата ничего не нарушает. Да и в целом, если лыжники или биатлонисты соревнуются, почему ходоки не могут? «Дорога жизни» в Питере в январе же никого не удивляет?
Но мне странно другое. Почему они все раздетые? И тут в правилах World Athletics нашлось интересное.
«In order that judges may apply the Rules relating to walking, competitors’ knees shall normally be bare. If garments are worn that cover the knee, the Referee’s permission must be obtained before the commencement of the race, and the Chief Judge notified. Any competitor starting without permission will be disqualified by the Referee».
То есть надеть леггинсы или тайтсы, закрывающие колено, можно только с разрешения судьи. Вряд ли все разом дети-участники — моржи или сумасшедшие, чтобы в 0 градусов и по снегу соревноваться в шортах. А значит, вопрос: это судьи не разрешили или тренеры не догадались попросить разрешения?
