В салоне связи на улице Большая Зеленина, подозреваемый копировал персональные данные владельцев номеров из базы данных телекоммуникационной компании и передавал их третьим лицам. За каждый номер телефона он получал 1,5 тыс. руб. и успел продать информацию о 29 абонентах.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 272 УК РФ (неправомерный доступ к охраняемой законом компьютерной информации, совершенный лицом из корыстной заинтересованности, с использованием своего служебного положения).

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
