Сегодня 10.1. в городе Кеми прошёл вечер писем малоизвестным политзаключённым, и участников было особенно много!
Это был первый раз, когда мы пригласили писать письма финнов. Перевод с финского на русский не был таким сложным делом, как объяснить работу российской цензуры и то, что, например, в письме нельзя употреблять многие слова. Больше всего их ужасало, как много людей сидит за свою веру.
Также с нами были репортёры Yle, которые помимо репортажей подготовят инструкцию на финском по отправке писем российским политзаключённым. Надеемся, что поддерживать смелых активистов, политиков, журналистов из России будет ещё больше человек!

Some privacy experts say Telegram is not secure enough Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
