Я сравнил с эти данные (на 15е мая 2022го) с оперативной оценкой на то время (к сожалению немцы выкатывают оценки иностранцев только на последнюю дату года, поэтому я просто взял среднее между началом и концом 2022го), и посмотрел как изменились числа. Спад не везде равномерный. Как видим на табличке с топ-30 иностранцев в ФРГ, меньше всего переучёт был у украинцев и балканцев... Почему сильно переучитывали... вьетнамцев 🤷 А тех, у кого неизвестный паспорт стало вообще больше...

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
