После того, как чиновники отказали матери ребенка в предоставлении заграничного препарата, женщина обратилась в надзорный орган. «Департамент здравоохранения не принял надлежащие меры по обеспечению ребенка необходимым лекарственным средством и отказал заявительнице в его предоставлении на бесплатной основе», – сообщили силовики.
Отказ властей Югры в жизненно-необходимом лекарстве мог повлечь ухудшение состояния ребенка. Если еще не повлек…Прокуратура уже направила в суд исковое заявление и потребовала обязать Депздрав обеспечить ребенка-инвалида всеми необходимыми лекарствами. Добровольский пока в ауте.
