Детей из России не смогут усыновлять не только граждане ряда недружественных стран (например, Италии, Великобритании, Испании), но и Китая и Ирана, где также разрешены операции по смене пола.
Согласно пояснительной записке, необходимость таких мер вызвана опасениями, что гражданин, усыновивший ребенка в России и возвратившийся в свою страну, сможет сменить пол и себе и ребенку, начав применение, например, гормонозаменительной терапии.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
