Управляющая компания потребовала его демонтировать, так как работы по установке не были с ней согласованы. Суд решил, что, поскольку наружная стена здания является общедомовым имуществом, то для его использования необходимо заручиться согласием соседей - не менее чем двумя третями голосов собственников.
