На территории казарм Императорского морского гвардейского экипажа, открылся новый проект Hideout, где расположились не только резиденции для жизни, но и целая экосистема единомышленников. В самой старой постройке — особняке Гаскойна — расположится пятизвездочный отель, а в корпусах — резиденции, десять из которых доступны уже сейчас. «Мы сделали экспериментальную историю — пригласили несколько студий, которые, на наш взгляд, создают классные проекты в России и зарекомендовали себя как трендсеттеры». Среди них Choice Interior Studio, Neymand Studio, Saga, DA bureau, Delo, Form, Yaratam Design и другие. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access.
