Главная его заслуга - "сбор" подписей для регистрации на выборах. Хоть бы одного из 6 тысяч найти, кто подписал. Глава столицы наградил человека, который принёс подписи, а подписантов найти не можем. Как это называется, знаете?
Может, и Зубрилин с Зюгановым там же, среди награждённо-денежнопоощрённых?
