Жители Челябинской области задолжали почти 7 млрд рублей за капремонт
Такой информацией с ЕАН поделился региональный оператор капремонта. Наибольшая сумма задолженности сформировалась у жителей Кизильского, Брединского и Чебаркульского районов.
За 2022-2023 годы фонд капремонта взыскал с недобросовестных плательщиков порядка 530 млн рублей. В этом году организация заключила четыре контракта на проведение претензионной работы до 2026-го.
Напомним, с 1 января в регионе на 18% увеличится тариф на капремонт. Он будет составлять 13 рублей 92 копейки.
