Накануне очередное дело рассматривалось в Полярнозоринском районном суде Мурманской области.
Было установлено, что 11.06.2024 на пенсионерку, проходящую мимо депо железнодорожного участка транспортного цеха Кольской АЭС, напала стая из 4 безнадзорных собак.
По результатам рассмотрения искового заявления с администрации муниципального образования город Полярные Зори в пользу пострадавшей взыскана компенсация морального вреда в размере 60 000 рублей.
Однако, проблему с бродячими собаками и их агрессивным поведением это, увы, никак не решит.
