«Кишинёв» был возведён в 1966 году. У жителей Текстильщиков пользовался популярностью; народное название — «Кишка». В наше время кинотеатр стал убыточным, был закрыт. Судя по фото, был пристроен и перестроен. Теперь здесь торговый центр с гипермаркетом «Перекрёсток», рестораном, клубом, аптекой и так далее.
