Зачем глубинарию Запад, если есть Москва? В материальном плане (кстати, в советское время это было не так) вариант в целом не хуже, языки учить не надо... В целом, всё, что на Западе есть, а в Москве нет - это "не деньги". До таких потребностей ещё дорасти надо.
