Вместо реальных стратегий и подходов часто вижу "красивые картинки", которые больше подходят для творческого конкурса, чем для глубокой стратегической работы. Вынужден был поснимать стружки с конкурсантов, ведь на кону развитие городов, в том числе из моего округа – Назарово и Шарыпово.
