Справедливий розподіл землі між людьми – нелегка задача. Наші предки вирішували її так: ✓ щоб кожному дісталася приблизно однакова за родючістю земля, угіддя ділили на довгі смужки, які часто звужувалися на кінці і нагадували клин, звідки приказка світ клином зійшовся (на комусь, на чомусь); ✓ однак і цього було недостатньо, тому влаштовували жеребкування, про що говорить вираз куди не кинь – усюди клин (хоча тут радше мається на увазі кинути оком чи каменем, а не кинути жереб). До того ж сам клин має глухий кут, що асоціюється із безвихіддю.
Завдяки значенню "земельної ділянки", ми маємо такі назви етнічних територій за межами України, як Зелений, Сірий, Малиновий та Жовтий Клини.

Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
