В Суджанском районе запугивали мирных жителей, угрожая применить оружие занимали частные дома, препятствовали эвакуации гражданского населения, неоднократно стреляли на поражение по российским военным и местным жителям. 30 августа в ходе боевых действий оба были задержаны российскими военнослужащими.
Суд приговорил Манько к лишению свободы на 15 лет с отбыванием первых 5 лет в тюрьме, остальной части - в ИК строгого режима, Радченко - к лишению свободы на 17 лет с отбыванием первых 5 лет в тюрьме, остальной части - в ИК строгого режима.
